Late June – ‘Pause’ Feat. Charisma Club

Kicking off 2026 with purpose, Late June unveils his brand-new single Pause, a collaboration with fellow Auckland artist Charisma Club that brings together two rising forces from the city’s music scene. The release follows a huge run throughout 2025, including standout performances at Scenic Sounds Block Party and Warehouse Party, as well as recently supporting USA-based producer Shallou on his debut Australian tour in January.
Pause sees Late June move away from the more experimental direction of his recent work and return to the signature chilled, emotive electronic sound that fans first connected with. The track unfolds as a soothing and tranquil soundscape, opening the space for Charisma Club to take centre stage. His soaring vocals glide effortlessly across the production, creating a moment that feels intimate, warm and instantly memorable.
With Pause, Late June signals a refined, heartfelt direction for the year ahead and delivers a collaboration that captures the best of what both artists bring to Auckland’s vibrant music community.
“Pause is a chill house track about taking a pause from someone that is running you down mentally” – Late June
“Pause is about being someone’s second option and how addicting the rush becomes.” – Charisma Club
