Formed by five music students in Dunedin, Purple Dog is an indie rock band whose catchy sound and style captures listeners.

Winners of Hot Sauce Club’s Next in Line 2 competition in 2023 and Otago OUSA’s Bring the Noise Battle of the Bands in 2024, Purple Dog are quickly making their mark. With an upcoming EP for release, they are ones to watch.
